That's right: Fall is amazing for a myriad of reasons, but your skin isn't always psyched when the air starts to chill. However, this is an opportune time to attend to your skin care routine, in particular, trying to prevent or halt wrinkles. Here are a few ways to help stop the spread of fine lines across your face in the fall:
Stop wrinkles in their tracks

You can prevent wrinkles from the inside out as well. Women's Day suggested that those concerned with fine lines should focus on consuming many kinds of fruits and vegetables in a variety of colors. Foods like blueberries, spinach and red peppers are excellent examples of antioxidant-rich edibles, and they may be able to help your skin better ward off environmental toxins, the source added.
Don't forget to drink
Water is a great way to keep skin looking smooth and hydrated, the source suggested. When you have consumed adequate amounts of water, it will show in your skin, and this may help smooth and further prevent more wrinkles from developing.
